The project is to have customers feedback, comments on services of service providers, submission of complaints on-line which would be filtered and accessed by the service providers through their log-in for redressal by respective company and updation of the complaints form with feedback by service provider so that the customer can see the status of complaint on-line through their respective complaint docket number. The site would also have section for industry regulation, consumer awareness tips and do's and donts advises with dynamic upload. The complaints unresolved within specified duration would be put shifted to public domain to be viewed by public. similary other users could also review article and post their feedback.
