Add a new feature to an existing Coldfusion site

We have an exisiting ColdFusion platform, running on Railo and MySQL to manage innovation, and we would like to add a new page to handle technology offers and requests, exactly the same way that currently happens with challenges: [login to view URL] should be a new Tab where registered users can submit ¨technology requests¨ and "technology offers". 2. Same search engine than with challenges but to search either requests or offers 3. A registered user should go to "My tech request and offers" and see submitted requests and offers, just like they can see "my solutions" now on the solver area. Within each request and offers they should be able to see the "replies" from users 4. Admins should see an option called "tech requests and offers" like they see challenges now. They should be able to approve a new request or offer, before this is visible on the site. 5. Offers and request will not have a solution, like challenges do now, but they will have a "send a reply" option. Those replies are also visible for admins. 6. emails should be sent when creating a new request or offer, the same way they are sent now when creating a new challenge. 7. Also we created a Wordpress blog in the site that should be integrated in a new tab.
