I am looking for someone to design a public facing report interface. We are currently collecting a lot of information and have basic screens to display information. I need it these to be much more polished and someone who can interpret the data and make useful reports. This is a basic database and currently uses coldfusion - isn't required, but currently using coldfusion.

I have attached some basic screens of what we currently have.
