Cold Fusion Expert MY SQL and Windows Server Admin

Greetings, We are currently looking for a cold fusion and windows server admin assistant for a new web property. Most of our expeince in house is with PHP, Java and Linux so we need to bring in someone to assist us on and ongoing basis. Most of the work we currently need is VERY basic code changes and some server configuration. There are a few things we would like debugged that are not currently working as we would wish that will need to be addressed. Let's proceed with we will require about 4-5 hours of work to begin with and then possibly 4-5 hours of consulting per month. Requirements: Expertise in cold fusion and MY SQL (please do not send me your resume telling me your an expert in every dynamic coding language available). Solid back ground in Windows server administration. What I expect: Perfect English! Very prompt response times, during business hours email response time of 3-4 hours (typically) off hours within 12 hours.(prefer the use of instant messenger Yahoo, MSN, AOL or Skype, but generally during business hours I would think Urgent Availability- would require a method of communication that will result in near instant communication. We are willing to put services supplier on a monthly retainer for the expected communication time-line. Prefer a US based consultant but willing to consider others, with great references. Please quote me for the initial 5-6 hour project and an additional hourly fee.
