Database Driven Flash Scroller for Calling Plans (Rates)

Example: [login to view URL] This is for professionals only. We want a flash scroller about 175 px w by 300 px h. The completed application should be nearly the same as the example above with the following changes: Format is: Flag, Country Name, Rate (in .XX format). When user mouses over the scroller it stops stops, I want the line they are on to highlight softly, if the user clicks, the url will be /[login to view URL] where XXX is the primary key for that country in db. I would like to be able to change the datasource name the flash movie uses, or be able to pass it as a vairable some how. A Country is only displyed if OnScroller=1 (in database) See attached database for table and columns. You have to find all country flags as required. (they should be stored in the .fla file so if I need to change them or export them for some other use I can). If there is a better way to deal with flags I am open to suggestions. I will be building the [login to view URL] page and an admin to update the rates by the site owner (via the access db). If you have never built a database driven flash application, or can not meet or exceed the quality of the example on [login to view URL] please do not bid. I will need to see some example of a scroller and a flash movie that is data driven to accept your bid.
