civil Engineer specialised on sewer, drainage and road deaign

we own a project at Riverstone known as 170 Garfield Road East, Riverstone. WE are looking for a civil engineer to assist us with followings. Road design (for half road width of Bellevue St) to Blacktown City Council's road design guidelines for DA approval, including: - Layout plan showing levels & features; - Longitudinal sections and grades; - Cross sections for half road. Intersection design including the existing slip lane from Bellevue St to Garfield Rd, including: - Design of Garfield Rd - Bellevue St intersection; - Providing layout plan of intersection; - Sections and grade drawings. Hydraulic investigation of catchment, including: - Hydrological investigation of the catchments; - Run-off calculations and overland flow design; - Hydraulic design of storm water drainage system. Stormwater drainage design for DA purposes, including: - MUSIC modelling, WSUD design and report; - Site plan showing location of drainage systems, including WSUD elements; - Disposal details of stormwater to Council drainage system; - Design of detention and/or retention systems; - Overland flow design & details; - Design of road kerb & gutter; - Structural design of stormwater features. Sewer concept design, including: - Concept design of sewer services for proposed subdivision; - Concept details of sewer elements to approval authority's specifications. Detailed designs for Construction Certificate, including: - Civil details for road and intersection construction; - Hydraulic details for stormwater drainage system construction; - Sewer construction details; - Relevant Australia Standards and Council's policies compliance certificates.
