This is a consulting job. I need someone with knowledge of structural engineering guide me and help me understand how to calculate

2. Check for tension and shearing in a steel anchor, various diameters. The file [login to view URL] contains the calculation for one particular situation, but I need to be able to do this for anchors of other diameters.
