Define boarders on a map and add lattitude and longitude

Hi we need to get our ancestral lands marked on a map for a UN claim, we need the boarders defined and the latitude and longitudes coordinates added, it will start at a boarder and you will need to clearly define our sacred lands. we want it on a map within the country and them marked on a world map as a reference. We can give you a Excel sheet with our boarders but you need to make it to scale on a map, we can give you the excel scale in meters then you must map it to perfection You would have to quote a fixed price I assume an expert wont take long to do it and please if you cant do it don't bid on it you must provide high quality professional maps as mentioned
