Digital Signage Clock Widgets

I would like the SVGs attached to be converted to HTML5 widgets that can be used in our digital signage solution (See [login to view URL] for details). In the case of analogue clocks we require the hands to be animated, in the case of digital clocks the time/date as appropriate must be updated at the correct time Widgets must maintain their aspect ratio at all times and must automatically resize Widget backgrounds must be SVG Widgets should maintain transparency as they will be overlaid onto other media The widgets created should contain all files to deliver the solution as these will ultimately be packaged into W3C widgets. There is not problem with the widgets containing large JS libraries as they will be all served locally not over the internet.
