CSS Menu - Copy Style from Existing Website

This is a CSS project, but uses PHP structure for including files.
I am working in a very light template. I need to copy a menu style from an existing website to the template I am developing.

Underdevelopment website: [login to view URL]
#1 I need a copy ONLY of the top menu (where it says HOME, ABOUT US, SUCCESS STORIES). I need to duplicate the same effect of the menu, desktop wise AND responsive mode.
#2 All the effects of the menu must be like in the original
The rest of the website look, I can handle myself.
