Looking for experienced and skilled web developers to build a website. Project is primarily functionality, since I will be handling much of the creative aspect of the website. Simple Web Design, Color Scheme, and Layout will be sent to you in the form of pictures to be coded into the website. There will only be around 5 static pages in the website, the rest will be unique links and user data entry/file uploads. The website needs to accomplish this process: 1. User A enters own e-mail address, pdf file, relevant file info, and e-mail of User B. Once this is entered, the User A will have until payment of the User B to enter their billing information. 2. Website will scan and analyze the pdf file for relevant text info, and the User A will confirm. 3. Automated e-mail is sent to User B with relevant file info and unique link back to website. 4. User B enters billing info and has their credit card charged. 5. User B then receives the .pdf file. 6. A certain time period will be allowed for User B to submit a claim. We will analyze whether the claim is appropriate and if money will be returned to the User B. 7. At the end of the time period, provided no claim has been submitted, the User A will be mailed a check or sent the money via paypal. Other things needed would be: * Back end access to data/ A CMS * SEO * And some form of encryption/data security Many of the functions of the site can be done using 3rd parties to decrease workload on your end. Or some details scanned from doc is sent to B for fee, sorry if we failed to follow this fully. Also, user B can reject the doc after some time in which case he/she has to be refunded.
