Build me a Chrome Plugin

I want a Chrome plugin done with the following requirements. The plugin will extract following content from urls and point for some seo tips based on page content: ******************** Title Meta Desc Meta Keywords Meta Robots [login to view URL] Sitemap Canonical tag H1 H2 H3 Images with alt tags Word Count Internal Links External Links Broken Links Last Cache Date in Google Indexed Pages in Google ******************** The plugin must be able to sit in the browser bar. Check image1 attached. The plugin must change symbol to "danger" if any of the above things are missing. When clicked on the symbol, the plugin will display the information in detail. Design can be something like image2 attached. Use of Angular.js and bootstrap is a must. The plugin must be developed in a way that it can be extended further in the future. There are plenty of projects on GitHub with the code to scrape the DOM. So, developing this plugin shouldnt be hard. Regular work will be given to the right person/team. Lowest bids and previous experience with similar work will be given preference.
