The website needs to allow free shipping options to specific addresses (schools). It also needs to apply discounts (eg 10% off when customer enters a discount coupon code) specifically for customers from these schools. ( you will be supplied the list of schools) These options need to occur simultaneously. The customer need only type in one code to access their discount and free shipping to their school Currently big commerce offers: shipping options down to postcode level only. Free shipping to all online shoppers. Discount coupons (non of these option interact)
