FIx CSS issues for website: 1) Fix dropdown menu 2) FIx popup div border 3) Fix overly div width/height 4) Fix footer on mouse over problem (because of some positioning) 5) Move popup div button to the right side 6) Make header to be on top of page when scrolling (probably, jquery necessary here, if not familiar, then leave it) 7) Fix layout of one page All are quite small fixes. Please, bid if you can start now. I will describe issues in details in PM.
