Create static html from psd and existing web html

Create static pages from psd.

currently have a html frame work, you just need to insert new pages into the existing html pages.

create jquery level meter, this will be given a value form the dbase of the current level of the user.

all elements that contain text form the psd will be html /css . you can use the existing css to do this..

this project should be easy as html exists, you just need to insert designs into it..

see attached for existing html framework for other section of site

and pdf of designs, once assigned i will send you all the psds

only probelm with html attached is some text are images and should be text.. no need to change the html pages attached, only apply it to the psd from the pdf attached
