CSS Drop Down Menu and Image Rotator Using JQuery - repost

We already have a site designed and developed. We need to add additional feature of CSS Drop Down Menu in it. (very simple) we will provide you html/css of the site. We also want to add the Image rotator on home using JQuery or what ever easier. HTML of home page will be provided too. We need a fast turn around, as this is a small job so must be completed in next couple of hours, user must work online on skype. Maximum budget is 10$
