Create Simple CcS/HTML Template for Site

Real simple. Create a clean looking template in ccs/html that can accomodate about 5-7 links in the navigation bar. Design it so the site has a navaigation bar on the top and on the left hand side. The template also needs to accomdate for an email sign up in the left hand upper side of that navigation menu on the side as well. I have a graphic I'll provide that you'll be responsible for figuring out how to work it into the template as well. this is for a legal/law firm in the United States so I wil need something that is very professional and very sophisticated yet elegant and simple. No use of flash whatsoever. This is to be a direct response website. Show some samples of simple websites you have done. Simple doesn't mean poor workmanship.
