Hi, I have seen your project and as an experienced and passionate OpenCV developer, I am interested in it. I did a People Counter system that works well with HOG descriptor and MOG2 developed in C++ and OpenCV 3.0. That means that the system can count people in top view and in side view according to the camera point of view. I have worked in head pose stimatin with haar detection with opencv too. In order to estimate better the duration of the project I need you to give me a detailed explication of what do you want. My development environment is Ubuntu 14.04 64 bits under eclipse. I develop in C/C++ and Python in opencv no problem. Then the development steps are: 1. Review requirements 2. Study recognition method to apply 3. Develop a 1st version (proof of concept) 4.
