Arduino development - ongoing work

I have ongoing work related an Arduino software development project.
Work will be achieved in milestones:
Applicants should be available for work immediately. and be able to deliver to realistically agreed timescales.
Skills Required.
- Arduino / C++ programming
-Understanding of MIDI Protocol (Musical Instrument Digital Interface)
- Excellent knowledge of the Arduino platform down to using direct port manipulation etc.
- Good Understanding of electronics and the ability to read electronic schematics.
- And understanding of music theory would be advantageous, but not essential.
In large part, there is much code already existing that I wish to use in the project, some of the tasks will be to incorporate existing code into the current arduino project.
I would appreciate an introduction rather than just a bid..
