Aviation website - CMS needed

This is for an aviation website in development. I have a web designer, but it depends on your work portfolio if I use you as a designer or not... but what I really need is a CMS to function with the site. It has to have 3 parts to it... one for admin (to edit the site in general, change banners etc) the other section is to have a login area for job seekers (so they can register their names, upload resumes, look for jobs in certain areas, what salary they are looking for etc).. the other section is for Recruiters (where they can login and post ads for new jobs they have, edit jobs, search job seekers etc) I have a few sites I can show you as an example and whats needed, so PM me for details. Maybe there is a CMS available that would do the job, or maybe a custom made CMS is needed. I don´t have a big budget. I´d like to find someone who can do a good job and is easy to contact and fast to reply... plus show some of the work you´ve done. Thanks
