Hi, attached is a model in ABAQUS that has: a frame , a membrane and a middle cylinder (we shall call "mass"). the load supposed to be on the four upper surfaces of pressure, where they are in phase of 90deg of each other so that the mass revolve around its axis like a precesive top. .I am not sure it is defined correctly. the aim is to employ a rotation of the ENTIRE body to revolve around the Y axis.
