Creating a CAD image from a JPG to help make a brass plate

Hi there, We're a non-profit pro wrestling school looking to add a prize for our students to capture. We have a company lined up to produce laser cut brass plates to create an affordable championship title, but to do this we need a CAD file to officially make the order. Internally our skills don't pass creating a basic JPEG to work from in photoshop so I've attatched a mockup of the 'finished product'. But can produce much simple black and white images and have a lot more informaiton to make the task less stressful (aproximate sizes etc). We need an AutoCAD designer who can create an AutoCAD DWG based on the attached image. If you're interested, let us know!
