Design of a Float Spa

I am in the planning stages of a float spa located in minneapolis. I am in search of a designer/architect to help with the interior. The design will need to be specific because of the equipment that need to be brought in for the float spa. If you unaware of what a float spa is, please you tube float spa. The space(not yet secured) will be approximate 1000 sq ft. I would like 3 rooms about 10 x 12(float rooms) and 2 slightly small rooms(massage & acupuncture). There will be a walled separation of the float room area and the rest of the suite. The float room area will have access to a bathroom and a small meditation area(10x8) The front area will have an entry area, a small seating area and also access to the smaller rooms and another bathroom. The challenge is 2 fold. 1) each of the float rooms will need plumbing and sewer. 2) sound proofing may need to be done depending upon site location and set up. My goals are to start a conversation with an architect so as to address all of the needs and questions prior to committing to a lease. If we find that we fit, I would like to commission your assistance. I am looking for a sleek and clean look. Dollars. I dont know what the cost would be I would like to chat with you and see what we come up with.
