Hello! As I understand, you need to implement a service, that implements some API (probably RESTful) that will be called via WCF. I can write a Windows Service which will be WS-discoverable and will "catch" your API calls, store every API call params to log and returns constant data. I think it will be simpler to check how service works using API calls log than just stub. The packages I will use to implement this task: 1. log4net - for logging As a bonus I should mention that my windows service will be capable to start as a service or simple console application depending of its startup type. It use this feature for debugging my service, it is pretty simple and very effective.
