Create charting control in C#

I want create a procedure for plotting data. The resulting plot should look something like (see the attachment). The plot should be sharp, publication quality. I should be able to copy the plot in high resolution and paste into word. See the attachment for details. If you bid: -You must be very familiar with graphics programming, coordinate system, scaling, geometric transformations, etc. -Please state when you can deliver the project -You will get a preference if you can show me some work which may be similar to that I am expecting to pay around $100 for the work.
