Add a tiny feature to my working C# program

At the moment I have a cheat with a couple of features along with it's source code (C#). One of those features is enabled once 2-3 conditions are met and loops until toggled off with a hotkey. I would like to add an additional condition that checks for userinput to verify if the person is idle for more than x seconds, if the other 2-3 conditions and this new condition are all met, it continues looping. Basically everything is already working, I would just like to add a new condition that if not met stops the loop until it's met. I don't intend to pay over 10$ for this, even with zero programming knowledge I am almost able to do it by myself using online documentation.
