Need to do a 3D serious game on greenhouse gases using unity3D

The goal of the player is to reduce the greenhouse gases, repair the ozone layer and destroy as much pollutants as possible in a certain amount of time. The player must keep a close eye on the HUD which will indicate pollution level, radiation levels, etc. As the player progresses they learn all the different combinations of molecules and atoms that can be found in the games environment to produce O3 (ozone), H (hydrogen = fuel) and C (carbon = ammo, structural health).

The key challenges presented to the player are to avoid been destroyed by either UV-C radiation or pollutants whilst gathering molecules to repair the holes in the Ozone Layer. These holes will appear over time when UV-C radiation penetrates through. It is then the player’s job to control their robot or machine to repair these holes by filling them with newly formed O3 molecules. The player will continuously create O3 in preparation for holes appearing.

The player will need to destroy pollution molecules when the reach certain levels. In order to do this the player must have an ample supply of Carbon atoms to use as ammo to fire at the offending pollutants. These levels must be maintained at all times during gameplay. It will also be necessary to avoid pollutants when the nanobot is replicating new atoms. So to be safe the player will learn to destroy surrounding pollutant before creating O3. To do this the player will charge the robot or machine negatively (- = left trigger) to attract the pollutants, this will repel safe molecules or greenhouse gases such as H2O or CO2. An atomic molar blast will be fired and all attached pollutants destroyed. When the robot or machine is charged positively (+ = right trigger) it will attract useful molecules or greenhouse gases such as CO2 or H2O. Whilst the player is creating O3 they will be venerable (move slower and react slower) to attack from the pollutants or UV-C radiation beams which they might have to pass through. Once attacked all attached molecules will be releases or replaced by pollutants.

The UV-C radiation will destroy the nanobot’s structural integrity if it is exposed for prolonged periods of time. It will start to glow and will explode if it does not get cooled down in time.

The game’s HUD (heads up display) will contain all the necessary gauges (see sec. 1b) for the player to maintain good gameplay. All the environmental gauges will be to the left of the screen, they will be styled in the traditional loading bar style, with colour ranges from green to red, red being a high or dangerous reading.

Hey, I like the idea and would love to help out. I have 3 years Unity 3D experience and am up for the job. I worked on some serious games like a tour-ship research game where the player had to research the art on a vir More

Hi, for this price I'm guessing it's programming only and art not included right? I'm a experienced game developer and programmer, you can check my portfolio in the left side of this bid for some games I developed.

I'm confident I could program this very quickly. I have 1500 hours of experience in Unity3D over the last year and am quite familiar with the art side of things as well.
