I have written similar code for 8x48 microcontrollers. This appears to be disassembler output (reverse engineered. I have the tools, experience and the knowledge to recompile this source code, complete with appropriate labels, documentation and comments. The only thing that would help would be a schematic of the microcontroller product (timer or chronograph.)
