Build and Analyze Ninja Trader Strategy

I am developping a trading strategy for NinjaTrader on Futures. I will need a strong programmer with experience on EA and strategy programming to tweak and optimize the strategy. The coder must be available for consulting (skype) and be acute in what I expect my strategy to act.

I already have 2 codes ready for ninja trader, I will need to optimize them for all data and add a ATM strategy which take half profits after a certain amount of ticks and lets the rest run on with a defined trailing stop.

All will need to be optimized and fitted so it can take the trades the same way in accordance with the manual strategy (which the current strategy I programmed failed to do)
