Create New (Better) Version Of Existing Simple App

Hi guys and gals, We are looking for a programmer who is skilled in creating Applications to create and application for us that will be compatible on both Windows and MAC platforms. We are open to suggestions and think perhaps Adobe Air is the obvious choice (if you have a better idea we are all ears :)) If it cant be done, maybe a separate App for each platform. (You guys are the experts so it will be your decision based on the requirements). The App we require will be a playback software for dashcams. Essentially the dashcam will capture the following: 1/ Recorded Video File 2/ GPS Data Logs The software will need to process the files and playback the video while displaying the trip and include speed/location/gps coordinates and display a Google map of the route/drive etc. Please refer to the following links for inspiration of what we are trying to achieve as these are existing apps already out there (free to download and play with) : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have also attached the .exe executable file that the camera itself (the one we are more interested in) produces. Its a Windows Only Application and needs improving (updated UI) to work correctly. (Please view attached files). This project is a simple starter project for us and if the successful applicant can pull off what we want to achieve, we have another project (slightly more difficult) that will potentially be automatically awarded to the successful bidder. Ongoing work may also be required to keep the app up to date and make upgrades to if required.
