I'm developing an USB Windows KMDF driver based on Linux open implementation. It's for a Wifi card, but all the functionality needed is raw packet capturing (monitor mode), no encryption, no states and no NDIS exposed at all. We don't need the card to be a network device. Currently using VS 2015 with WDK10. I'm not doing all the job myself due to time constraints. For the testing I can set a remote computer with a MV with the card connected or you can add the price of a card with the same chip to buy locally. Please let me know any though or doubts if you are interested.
