I am looking for an Engineer with experience win the OpenBTS, OpenLTE, GNURadio and or similar with a basic understanding of GSM, CDMA, LTE.

Looking for help for realization SMS Advertising System based on USRP (or other
hardware) and OpenBTS (or other soft) and working with gsm (900-1800) and also 3g and 4g
Its also called as: SMS sending system
I'm interested in functionality
All phones that log in to my BTS receive advertising sms, then the phone is logged off my network.
