Betting Exchange Bot - Betfair, Betdaq, WBX plus others

Hi all I'm looking for a bot to be coded to look for price differences between Betfair, Betdaq and WBX plus others at a later date. Basically what i'm looking for is a program/bot to get prices from Betfair, Betdaq, WBX and work out where an arb has occurred. For example back at 10.00 on one site and lay 8.00 on another. It may have to take into account currency differences between exchanges and allow input of a commission rate for each exchange so a settings screen will be required to hold master data for each sports exchange. It must allow input of a min percentage arb and be able to run on a manual or automated basis. A max liability is also required ie max lay price. The ability to monitor over 100 plus events at once, or just a few. again this will be configured in a master set up screen. Once a back or lay trade has been executed it needs to be displayed on screen together with the second part of the trade. If an error occurs it needs to be displayed with a message and the system will trade out the exposure with minimal loss ie go for the next best price.
