Hello. It's possible, but you will need to use USB-host shield (on MAX3421E chip or similar). For PS/2 or serial mouses it's possible without any shields.

Hi, We can do this as Due supports USB HID functionality. But Due isn't supporting USB hosting and so we can not connect (usb) mouse to due. Due can work as programmed or interactive mouse but can not be a bridge between mouse to computer. Let me know more information about this task to analyze in depth. Thanks!

You should write a small agent/program which will "hook" the WndProc, and then the captured key would be forward to your arduino over serial/usb connection for arduino due processing. And on arduino due it will send mouse movement comment over another port where your mouse plugged in. I have my own UNO, and I think there is no big diffferent when a sketch/code written in UNO and DUE
