Company Sales App!

This app must be able to do the following! Must be able to upload EASY to a web site, that is a ZIPPED/RAR file only.. no EXE files. we are also looking for peopel to submit apps to the site www. appssocial. com so register and place them up. It has to be able to connect to a company news letter for sales and updates to the co via an email or a phone number. It should be able to place a company logo to a max of 5 meg file(jpeg or bin files). Also be able to submit 3 more images of 5 megs each max (jpeg or bin files). Able to place a sales flyer in text or a adobe photo shop file in there max of 5 megs as well, and it can be as many as 5 flyers, no more. When the news sale is sent to the email or the mobile number, the company name comes up and then also the sale comes up stating what is the promotion. there is also the option that says.. PLEASE remove me from this list. they check a box and it send the people and email stating to remove them.. This must work in all smart phones.. iphone, blackberry, samsung, Motorola, HTC, etc..

## Deliverables

1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).

2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.

symbia, Iphone, windows 7, PLEASE be sure you can work on multiple platforms and it is a must.
