I want a command line application that takes the input file name (pdf file) as first parameter and page no as second parameter and output file name as 3rd parameter (text file). the aim of this utility is to extract the text contents of the pdf file (in the specified page) with its coordinate and write the result on a text file like the following: 25,35, First phrase 124,55 ,2nd phrase ... like the attached example. I prefer this utility to be done using Delphi or C++ and I prefer using opensource library but other choices are acceptable. also I whould like to have the source code.
