I look for a person which is able to develop a small tool for Windows. Users have to download the application, recommended .exe then they have to do a cpa survey, after this the app should check if the survey was done - if yes then they can run the application -> if not -not able to run the programm Should look real nice, and professional! Insert different CPA offer links (I can also send you a demo app) I need this job done asap The application which is required -> more information via PM! No Upfront Payment no milestone payment!
