I want a custom static build of VLC ( [login to view URL] ) with codecs h264 , aac, libfdk_aak, mpga , etc ( the common used ones ) to be able to run it on ubuntu 13.10 + without installing any other dependencies. Note you must have done this before, and does not take it longer than 24 hours to complete. I don't have any other instructions to give, this is all you must know. Thanks
