Custom FLV Video and Audio Player with Playlists (with all Video and Audio features) and with an integrated Teleprompter and its Playlist (and features) both using the graphics provided in the design and demo pages online starting at: cogtv (dot) org /mediaplayer/demo/ Please do not bid unless you have looked over all the relevant pages of the demo that show how the Player (Video and Audio) and the Integrated Teleprompter and how their features should relate and work. All of the graphics for this Player/Teleprompter are provided for the freelancer on the web pages of the demo. You should look at all the pages in the demo for the detailed requirements and then quote me your price through Freelancer. Only the Custom FLV Video and Audio Player (with Audio, Logo and Video Playlist features) and with an integrated Teleprompter (with a Teleprompter Playlist) stages are to be done now -- both working very well independently of each other and as an integrated whole. The other functions in the demo (Shots, Lower Thirds, etc.) will be part of a later development stage in a new project for additional money. There's a bonus for working in the Logo or Lower Third feature now. See all the pages of the demo provided in the link above for details. An agreement for the assignment of all rights including copyright and ownership rights of code, etc., and for non-disclosure is to be executed and provided to employer before work begins in exchange for $50 to be paid out at the successful conclusion of the project. A payment of $50 will be paid after the Video/Audio player with playlist portion has been satisfactorily completed and then another additional $50 will be paid out after after the integrated teleprompter is satisfactorily finished as both a stand alone program and one that integrates with the Video/Audio player of this program suite. PS: The employer has set aside additional monies as bonuses to be given to the freelancer at the conclusion of all work being done in a superior and timely manner on this project.
