Coding Arduino or Teensy for a Portable Heater

We are looking for a programmer who has written code for the arduino and/or teensy microcontroller. The project: This project consists of powering a heating element using a portable battery. The user will be able to activate the heating element by blowing on a pressure sensor. Once the pressure sensor receives a signal from the user, it will tell the heating element to heat up to 300°C. Once the heating element reaches this temperature, the microcontroller will start an internal countdown of 1 minute, while keeping the temperature of the heating element constant, using feedback from a thermocouple. If the heating element receives a signal from the user before the 1 minute is up, restart the countdown, without changing the temperature of the heating element. Else, reduce the temperature of the heating element to 200°C and start a countdown of 2 minutes. If there is a signal from the user, repeat the loop. If there is no signal from the customer, turn off power to the heating element completely, and go to standby mode. Standby mode will only supply power to the components that can receive a signal from the user through the pressure sensor. If user activates the system by blowing the pressure sensor, reactivate the heating element and restart the loop. Please write the code in such a way that we can fine-tune the various parameters: - Countdown time for each loop - Heating element temperatures (ie. power sent to the heating element) The system will have an on/off switch. There will be an LED light that can be turned on or off by use of a switch. There will be a battery indicator LED The system will also have a battery PCM (protection circuit module) The following information will be given once the job has been accepted: voltage needed to reach the various temperatures various power requirements for the thermocouple, pressure sensor and LED.
