must fulfill all the requirement:
a) When heavy rain, the speed is max. When light rain, the speed is min. By using PWM module inside the microcontroller, the speed can be controlled
b) Must be able to install it into a real car wiper system
c) Must use Microchip PIC Microcontroller,
d) Must provide own schematic, simulation in proteus, PCB layout, C coding in MPLAB IDE and also the whole concept explanation.
