Create hash algorithm in C or Delphi/Pascal MD5 SHA

The project consists of creating a keygenerator based on 20 working input-output combinations. The encryption is probably a MD5 or SHA algorithm but that needs to be found out. Input is for instance: 1234567-1A2B where the first seven characters are integer numbers and the suffix is hexadecimal. The output contains 16 characters integer, capitals and lowercase. I have two example programs, one very simple, bugfree and understandable program for a single suffix, written in Pascal and a more complex program in C. The job consists of extending the existing algorithm with or creating a new program for a new series of input suffixes I want to add. After granting the job I will send the codes.
