computer networking class project

have to prepare a class project on computer networking. need to submit project definiton before 15 october so bid accordingly, need complete project latest by 1 november, the bidder should have strong command on c libraries for computer networking. the topics can be rtt estimator, traffic estimator, load balancer,mac spoofing stoppers and ip spoofing preventers. the code should be atleast 1k lines and strictly in c language.
