I am certificated .NET/C# programmer working in this region since 2002, before switching into .NET I was working with C/C++ over 20 years on different systems starting with PDP/11. I was translating from C++ into C# and can do that in backward direction. Some words about the task: converting into managed C++ is easy but has no sense: you'll get the same MSIL library. Converting into unmanaged C++ or GCC will require nontrivial work because of different set supporting libraries. For example: loading class from XML file needs to be rewritten because XML serializer is available for .NET application only. And last comment: C++ compilers are very different, You must to identify target system and target compiler for performing correct translation.
