Develop plugin for word, photoshop and indesign

We need a qote for developing the following plugin: A plugin that can be installed and used under word, photoshop and indesign and any other application you can print from. The plugin will let the user be able to upload and order the print of a document within the program ( ie. word, photoshop or indesign)from our websites. Plugin needs to be delivered so we internally can make different language versions. plugin has to be platfrom independent and work from both windows and mac. Plugin has to be easy to install and download, even on non broadband connections. Price estimation needed.
