Some details of this requirement are still as of yet unknown but I need to hear from interested parties who can also provide questions which we can together use to qualify this requirement. Basic Problem: We currently have a risk management assessment application running usine templates for MS Excel. Information is provided from multiple sources and entered into Excel using these templates which prompt more specific questions based on previous responses until enough data hase been entered to formulate a report (assessment). What we want: We want to take the "templates" and develop something proprietary in order to call it our own. We no longer want in based nor dependent upon MS Excel. We want to make it stand alone with some kind of backend which can then be used either by our own internal resources to provide this service to our clients and/or be able to license this product and distibute it on a "per use" basis for them to collect and input the variables on their own. We would make the application downloadable via a website we would need to develop. This product will be used globally so we must keep that in mind.
