Auto Subscriber & Poster

I have a database of users in Filemaker Pro and have scripted a scheduled process to dump new users to a text file. I want to auto register these members to an Invision Power Board (IPB) Forum that I have, so this should work like this... You would create an executable that will be called by Filemaker and would take the text file and create a registered log-in in the forum with various info from the text file (one user per line). Then the executable would log-in to the IPB board, select the appropriate forum and post the topic, again provided as a text file (it containing the forum name and topic to be posted, one post per line), then log-out for each user, repeating until the end of the file is reached. The IPB version is 2.3.3 at this time.
