Auto Sizing Open Windows

Hello. I would like possibly a Visual Basic or other, simplistic program that will maximize all open windows to equal proportionate size (excluding the program to execute this function). Basically, even sized split-screening of all open windows with no overlapping. Execute program perhaps by assigned keystroke. Open program windows then autoamtically re-display position and size according to number of windows open. Windows open: 2 - 50%, 50% 3 - 25%, 25%, 50% 4 - 25%, 25%, 25%, 25% etc. Not to waste anyone's time, I can only offer a review for a successful program.
