Craigslist Flagger

I am looking for a command line tool, with source code (preferably in C++) which will successfully and consistently flag a given Craig's List post for removal. The URL of the specific post will be passed on the command line. In order to be able to complete this project you will need knowledge of Craigslist and how their flagging system works as well as C++ or the language of your choice. Preference will be given to bids using C++. With your bid, please submit a very brief outline of how you will implement the flagger as well as the languages and libraries you plan on using. Preference will be given to C++ and libcurl. I would like to get going on this right away so it is open for bids for only 1 day.
