I am looking to lease an email server monthly to send approx 30 to 40 thousand emails a day. You must be able to provide a fast hourly delivery rate, with a high inbox rate as well. I will be looking to have at least 5 rotating IP's. Will need unsubscribes, hard bounces, spam complaints and invalid emails automatically removed from provided lists. I will need to know who will monitor for spam traps and blacklisting issues that may or may not arise. I must have the ability to create an email in HTLM and text and then send or schedule them to be sent. We will be sending 30 to 40 thousand emails 4 to 5 days a week Typically Monday through Thursday. I must be able to speak with you on a phone (not Skype) before contract is awarded to confirm details as this will be an ongoing job. I will also want to see a sample of how I will interface with the email system
